  When iHEARTMEDIA dropped the Alternative format from KDGE (THE EDGE)/DALLAS and laid off its on-air staff (NET NEWS, 11/16), one EDGE personality has segued to sister Rock KEGL (THE EAGLE) along with some of THE EDGE's playlist. ALAN AYO comes on board to do middays at the EAGLE.
  
  He suceeds BIG RIG, who will remain with the station on the weekends.
