The estate of BETTE A. BAILEY, via personal representative DANNIE SLINGER, is selling control of KNAB, INC., licensee of Adult Standards KNAB-A and Country KNAB-F/BURLINGTON, CO to ALEXANDER and CHRISTINE CREIGHTON's BURLINGTON RADIO LLC for $425,000 plus a time brokerage agreement before closing; payments under the TBA will reduce the total being paid at closing.

In other filings with the FCC, The SLC DIVESTITURE TRUST I (through trustee LARRY PATRICK), a spinoff trust for BROADWAY MEDIA, LLC BROADWAY MEDIA LS, LLC,  is swapping Silent KUDE/NEPHI, UT to SANPETE COUNTY BROADCASTING COMPANY for K280GJ/MORONI, UT; the parties will pay each other $1 for consideration.

In a related deal, the SLC DIVESTITURE TRUST II (through trustee JIM BURGOYNE), another spinoff trust for BROADWAY MEDIA LS, LLC, is swapping Adult Standards KMGR (CLASSY 102.7)/GUNNISON, UT (moving from DELTA, UT) to RADIO RANCHO, LLC for K240EP/CEDAR FORT, UT and K284AY/TOOELE, UT; the parties will pay each other $1 as consideration and BROADWAY MEDIA will pay RADIO RANCHO $200,000.  SANPETE COUNTY BROADCASTING CO. has a time brokerage agreement for KMGR dating back to SEPTEMBER 2004.

MARY V. GUTHRIE is selling K251BL/MCALLEN, TX and K239BM/BROWNSVILLE, TX to THE WORSHIP CENTER OF KINGSVILLE for $52,000.  The translators will rebroadcast Spanish Religion KBFM-HD2 (RADIO LIBERTAD)/EDINBURG, TX.

EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. is selling K229CX/BENTON, AR to SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS MEDIA, LLC for $500.  The translator will rebroadcast Sports KEFN-A (FOX SPORTS ARKANSAS)/BENTON, AR.

EAST KENTUCKY BROADCASTING CORPORATION is selling W289CA/WILLIAMSON, WV to LHTC MEDIA OF WEST VIRGINIA, INC. for $50,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast News-Talk WMMN-A/FAIRMONT, WV.

ARMIDA A. SAILLE has applied for an extension of the Silent STA for K283CJ/ABILENE, TX while it looks for a new program source.

MURPHY COMMUNICATIONS INSTITUTE, INC. has closed on the sale of of noncommercial Variety KMUR/BULLHEAD CITY, AZ to CHRISTMAS BRICK FOUNDATION for $500,000.
