ALL ACCESS hears CLEAR CHANNEL Rock WKLS (96 ROCK)/ATLANTA morning team THE REGULAR GUYS (LARRY WACHS and ERIC VON HAESSLER) have been fired after sister Spanish WVVA (VIVA 105.7) morning team JUAN "YOGI" TAPIA and JOSE "PANDA" CARIAS filed a lawsuit last week alleging harassment over an on-air bit involving a taped bathroom conversation (NET NEWS 10/20). YOGI AND PANDA's situation with the station remains unclear at this time, and the station has not made any announcements about the terminations.

More details about the terminations and possible legal response is expected shortly; the RGs page on 96 ROCK's web site has been removed and ALL ACCESS hears that middayer FIN (heard on the RGs show as sports anchor "DUKE LACROSSE") will handle mornings for the time being.
