CRS Names Three Rusty Walker Scholarship Recipients

COUNTRY RADIO SEMINAR (CRS) has announced its three RUSTY WALKER SCHOLARSHIP honorees, all of whom will attend their first-ever CRS in 2017, without paying a penny.This year's recipients are: TOMLINSON-LEIS COMMUNICATIONS/PALESTINE, TX GM ALEXANDRIA HARDY; CUMULUS/APPLETON-OSHKOSH-GREEN BAY, WI's JOSEPH PITT; and CUMULUS Country KUBL/SALT LAKE CITY afternoon personality MATT RAMONE. All three will be recognized during CRS 2017 opening ceremonies on WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 22nd at NASHVILLE's OMNI HOTEL.
The RUSTY WALKER Scholarship program was established in 2012 by the COUNTRY RADIO BROADCASTERS, INC. to honor COUNTRY RADIO HALL OF FAME member, the late RUSTY WALKER, who famously mentored so many members of this industry. Each scholarship includes a full CRS 2017 registration, airfare, and accommodations for all three nights at CRS. More info on CRS 2017 here.
