  NERA ECONOMIC CONSULTING Managing Dir. and AMERICAN ENTERPRISE INSTITUTE visiting scholar JEFFREY EISENACH and UNIVERSITY OF FLORIDA Public Utility Research Center head MARK JAMISON have been named to President-elect DONALD TRUMP's FCC transition team, reports FORTUNE.
  
  EISENACH was part of the REAGAN-BUSH FTC transition team in 1980-81 and the BUSH-CHENEY FCC transition team in 2000-01; JAMISON has been a lobbyist for SPRINT. Both are seen as free-market economists who oppose the Commission's Net Neutrality policies.
