Saga Communications Declares Quarterly, Special Dividends

SAGA COMMUNICATIONS, INC.'s Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 30 cents per share and a special cash dividend of 20 cents per share for its Class A and Class B shares.

The dividends will be paid on DECEMBER 23rd to shareholders of record on DECEMBER 5th; the aggregate amount of the dividends will be about $2.9 million.
