PODTRAC's OCTOBER 2016 ranking of the Top 20 podcasts, ranked by unique U.S. monthly audience, shows predictable action for political podcasts, with NPR POLITICS jumping from 13th to seventh and FIVE THIRTY EIGHT's politics podcast appearing for the first time.  The show listed as "Publisher declined to list show" fell off the chart this month, but the leaders remained the same
