PACIFICSTAR MEDIA CORPORATION is selling Korean WPBS-A (ATLANTA RADIO KOREA)/CONYERS, GA to VANESSA NGUYEN for $700,000.  WPBS is programmed by KYUNG SOOK PARK's ATLANTA RADIO KOREA, INC., which recently bought crosstown WQXI-A/ATLANTA from ENTERCOM for $850,000.

In other filings with the FCC, iHEARTMEDIA's CLEAR CHANNEL BROADCASTING LICENSES, INC. is swapping W228BY/MIAMI to MARCO MAZZOLI's  ZOO COMMUNICATIONS, LLC for W284CS/MIAMI.  W228BY now relays ZOO's "REVOLUTION" Dance format in a simulcast with W228BV/FORT LAUDERDALE fed by WHYI-HD2; iHEARTMEDIA's Country "THE BULL" format has moved to W284CS, fed by WMIA-HD2.

HISPANIC FAMILY CHRISTIAN NETWORK, INC. is transferring Spanish Religion KQMP/HOLLYWOOD, MS to CASA DE DESTINO, INC. for no consideration.

COALFIELDS SOCIETY FOUNDATION, INC. has requested an extension of its Silent STA for WHJC-A/MATEWAN, WV in order to repair and/or replace transmission equipment.

FAMILY STATIONS, INC. has closed on the sale of K225BB/KING CITY, CA to MAPLETON LICENSE OF MERCED, LLC for $40,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast News-Talk KYOS-A/MERCED, CA.   FAMILY has also closed on the sale of K208FZ/AMANA, IA to VISION COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $35,000; the buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast News-Talk KKLO-A/LEAVENWORTH, KS.

EASTERN SIERRA BROADCASTING has closed on the transfer of K281CL/CARSON CITY, NV (now K224FG/SAN JOSE, CA) to ELOHIM GROUP CORPORATION for no consideration.  The buyer is moving the translator to rebroadcast Vietnamese KVVN-A/SANTA CLARA-SAN FRANCISCO.

And MONTE SPEARMAN's HIGH PLAINS RADIO NETWORK, LLC has closed on the purchase of Country WDMS and Classic Rock WGVM-A-W247BA/GREENVILLE, MS from ARK-LA-MS RADIO GROUP, LLC for $500,000.    HIGH PLAINS RADIO NETWORK, LLC has also closed on the purchase of Country KFFA-A and AC KFFA-F (THE MIX 103.1)/HELENA, AR from JIM and NANCY HOWE's DELTA BROADCASTING for $475,000.  MEDIA SERVICES GROUP's BILL CATE served as exclusive broker for the deals.
