Condolences to family and friends of ROCHESTER, NY public broadcasting founder HAROLD HACKER, who died in ROCHESTER at 90. HACKER, a former head of the city's library system, led the group that became the WXXI PUBLIC BROADCASTING COUNCIL and established PBS affiliate WXXI-TV in 1966, later joined by radio stations News-Talk WXXI-A and Classical WXXI-F.
