Congratulations to DON HIBSCHWEILER, the central INDIANA radio personality, who celebrated his 50th anniversary on the air on NOVEMBER 1st.
HIBSCHWEILER presently serves as the local anchor for NPR's "MORNING EDITION" on METROPOLITAN INDIANAPOLIS PUBLIC BROADCASTING News-Talk WFYI-F/INDIANAPOLIS, after hosting on several stations in several cities over the years, including WCVL-A/CRAWFORDSVILLE, IN, WAAM-A/ANN ARBOR, MI (as JERRY RILEY), WDRQ/DETROIT (as DON RILEY), WKMI-A/KALAMAZOO, WASK-F-WKOA/LAFAYETTE, IN (as DON RILEY), WIAU/FRANKLIN, IN, and WIBC-A (as DON MCKAY and later DON RILEY) and WGLD (as DR. DON)/INDIANAPOLIS.
