Industry vet MANDY WEST has returned to GRASSROOTS PROMOTION as VP/Client Development. WEST previously served as Dir./Operations, Mgr./Radio Tour, and Coord./Promotion during her 11-year run at GRASSROOTS before joining THE CLIF DOYAL AGENCY, where she served as VP/Operations. In her new role, WEST will work with new clients to develop their radio promotion and social media campaign strategies.
