CA FM CP Holder Shuffles Ownership Interests

BEHZAD NOORBEHESHT sells his 50% interest in JAB BROADCASTING LLC, holder of a CP for a new FM in MCFARLAND, CA, with partner JAVIER OROSCO, selling part of his holdings as well and SARA VENEGAS and ESLIZABETH PLASCENCIA buying one-third shares.

OROSCO, VENEGAS, and PLASCENCIA each end up with a third of the permittee after the transactions, with VENEGAS and PLASCENCIA paying $412,492 each for their shares.
