BLACK RIVER ENTERTAINMENT artist CRAIG MORGAN surprised U.S. ARMY SSG JUSTIN RAYMER and his family at his "AMERICAN STORIES" concert in WARSAW, IN with news that they were receiving a mortgage-free home. FINALLY HOME, R.W. KIDD CONSTRUCTION, and BUILDERS ASSOCIATION OF KOSCIUSKO AND FULTON COUNTIES have partnered to build the home for the RAYMER family.
