A2IM Sr. Dir./Member Services JENNIFER MASSET is leaving the company after nearly eight years, but she plans on staying in the independent music industry.

"Parsing everything JEN has done for A2IM and the independent community is impossible," CEO RICHARD JAMES BURGESS wrote in an internal memo. "Her personality and boundless energy are woven tightly into the fabric of what A2IM has become over the past decade. The good news is that JEN is not leaving our community. I am not at liberty to say where she is going (that will be announced in JANUARY) but it is a wonderful career opportunity for her and one that will open up even more potential for the independent labels and their artists."
