SiriusXM Canada Extends Deadline For Closing Privatization/Recapitalization Plan

SIRIUS XM CANADA HOLDINGS INC., the parent of SIRIUS XM CANADA INC., has extended the deadline for completing its recapitalization plan -- taking the company private -- to FEBRUARY 28th, or a later date if all parties agree to another extension in writing.

The company's board also announced that it will declare and pay a regular dividend for the current quarter ending TODAY by no later than FEBRUARY 28th, with the amount and record/payment dates to be announced later.
