In other filings with the FCC, PILGRIM COMMUNICATIONS, INC. has applied for a Silent STA for KSKE-A/BUENA VISTA, CO due to transmitter failure.

ONE MINISTRIES, INC. has requested a Silent STA for K222CK/CLEARLAKE, CA while it moves the translator to UNION CITY, CA and for K222CV/CALISTOGA, CA while it moves the station to a new site.

WOLF RADIO, INC. has filed for an extension of its Silent STA for W237CS/SMETHPORT, PA while it prepares to move the translator to AUBURN, NY and for W288AS/ITHACA, NY while it is in the process of moving the station to SYRACUSE.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD NETWORK has applied for a Silent STA for low power WCRS-LP/COLUMBUS, OH while it awaits an FCC decision on a transfer and move to a new facility.

THE KBOO FOUNDATION has closed on the sale of K297BN/SMITHVILLE, WA (now K251CD/SEASIDE, OR) to KSWB PRODUCTIONS LLC for $10,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Oldies KSWB-A (840 GOLD)/SEASIDE, OR.

EL DORADO BROADCASTERS LLC (EDB VV LICENSE LLC) has closed on the sale of Regional Mexican KURQ (LA M 107.3)/GROVER BEACH-SAN LUIS OBISPO, CA to GOLD COAST RADIO, LLC for $600,000,.  KALIL & CO., INC. was the exclusive broker for the transaction.

And RED ROCK RADIO CORP. has closed on the sale of Adult Standards WCMP-A and Country WCMP-F (COOL COUNTRY 100.9)/PINE CITY, MN to ALAN QUARNSTROM's Q MEDIA PROPERTIES, LLC is $300,000.   KALIL AND CO. served as exclusive broker for the deal.
