CUMULUS MEDIA has upped News-Talk WABC-A/NEW YORK GSM GLEN TACINELLI to VP/Sales for its NEW YORK cluster, overseeing sales for WABC, Country WNSH (NASH FM 94.7), Hot AC WPLJ, and Urban AC WNBM (RADIO 103.9)/NEW YORK as well as digital assets.  TACINELLI, the former KATZ RADIO Dir./Sales, has served as GSM at WABC since JULY 2015.
