CHARLES BEGIN's PINE TREE BROADCASTING, LLC is selling Soft AC WGUY-A (94.1 THE WAVE), Classic Country WCYR-A (THE COUNTRY ROAD), and News-Talk WBAN-A (NEWSRADIO 1430)/VEAZIE-BANGOR, ME and W231CH/BANGOR  to PORT BROADCASTING, LLC for $172,000 plus an LMA before closing.

In other filings with the FCC, ROBERT WESLEY SHAFER has withdrawn from the partnership that controls ALASKA MULTIMEDIA, LLC, licensee of Dance KKNI-A (K-HITZ 107 FM)/WASILLA, AK and K296FP/WILLOW CREEK, AK, and has turned his 33.3% share over to partners JAMES KOPCHA (who ends up with 51%) and DREW FADDIS (49%).
