Greater Media/Philly Ups Jim Brown, Chris Kirchner

JIM BROWN has been named Station Manager of GREATER MEDIA Smooth Jazz sign-on WJJZ/PHILADELPHIA. He was previously GSM of Classic Rock clustermate WMGK -- a position now being assumed by CHRIS KIRCHNER, who was previously that station's Sales Manager. Both promotions are effective NOVEMBER 1.

"JIM has provided outstanding leadership and strategic guidance as GSM of WMGK," said GREATER MEDIA/PHILLY Dir./Sales PAUL BLAKE. "His leadership skills are perfectly suited for the successful relaunch of WJJZ. Though JIM's primary focus will be on the sales department, he will have administrative responsibilities over Programming & Promotions."
