Tessera Closes On Acquisition Of HD Radio Parent DTS

TESSERA HOLDING CORPORATION has closed on the acquisition of DTS, INC., parent of HD RADIO. The combined company will trade under TESSERA's TSRA symbol on NASDAQ and will be changing its name, stock symbol, and logo in first quarter 2017.
