The U.S. TRUSTEE's office has appointed AL FRANKEN's producer BILLY KIMBALL, former affiliate DIAMOND BROADCASTING, and AFTRA as representatives of unsecured creditors in AIR AMERICA RADIO's bankruptcy case.
The network owes KIMBALL $84,893 in back pay, DIAMOND, which owns former affiliate KSAC-A/SACRAMENTO, is owed a disputed $500,000, and AFTRA's Health and Retirement Fund is owed $42,293.84 (also disputed).
