ALPHA MEDIA LICENSE LLC is selling Country simulcast WLFV/MIDLOTHIAN-RICHMOND, VA and WARV-F/PETERSBURG, VA (98.9 THE WOLF) to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION for $2 million.

In other filings with the FCC, NORTHWEST GEORGIA BROADCASTING, LLC has applied for a Silent STA for WYXC/CARTERSVILLE, GA while it waits for approval of its application to move the station's community of license to EAST POINT, GA (south ATLANTA suburb) at a new location. WYXC has proposed to operate with 5.1 kw days, 0.052 kw nights.

FOCUS RADIO, INC. has closed on the sale of its 51% of PARTNERSHIP RADIO, LLC, licensee of Urban AC WUBU (MIX 106)/SOUTH BEND, IN, to 49% owner JOHN F. DILLE III for $446,500.

WGHN, INC. has closed on the sale of News-Talk WKLA-F (formerly WMLQ)/LUDINGTON, MI to SYNERGY MEDIA, INC for $30,000.

And RADIO ONE OF BOSTON LICENSES, LLC has closed on the sale of Chinese WILD-A/BOSTON to RADIO BOSTON BROADCASTING, INC. for consideration valued at $888,326.16. The buyer has been operating the station under the LMA since 2013, airing CHINA RADIO INTERNATIONAL programming.
