SUSAN OLSEN has exited her online show for LA TALK RADIO after a dispute with a commenter on FACEBOOK led to the former "BRADY BUNCH" child star sending a private message to the man that included a derogatory term for gay men, and the recipient then making the message public.
OLSEN, who formerly co-hosted a talk show on KLSX/LOS ANGELES and had been hosting a show called "TWO CHICKS TALKING POLITICS" for LA TALK RADIO with SHEENA METAL, has been supporting DONALD TRUMP and has been critical of radical Islam; a man named LEON ACORD-WHITING, listed as an "Actor/Writer/Creator/Producer" of a web series, posted a complaint on LA TALK RADIO's FACEBOOK page demanding that OLSEN be fired for her views, and OLSEN reacted first with a post calling ACORD-WHITING a "little piece of human waste" and saying that he had blocked her "before (I) could even get one hit in," then with the message sent on WEDNESDAY that called ACORD-WHITING a "snake in the grass... lying piece of sh-t too cowardly to confront me in real life so you do it on FACEBOOK," then went on to use the derogatory term for gay men twice.
On its FACEBOOK page, LA TALK RADIO posted, "LA TALK RADIO takes pride in its close and collaborative relationship with the LGBT community, and will continue to provide a home for those who have hopeful and positive messages of togetherness and tolerance to share with our listeners.
"We will not tolerate hateful speech by anyone associated with our radio station and have severed our ties with a host that veered off the direction in which we are going.
"Thank you for your loyalty and continued support. LA TALK RADIO stands for love and community, and we will always support all of our friends around the world."
