In other filings with the FCC, THREE RIVERS BROADCASTING, LLC is selling Classic Hits KCMD/GRANTS PASS, OR to BICOASTAL MEDIA LICENSES VI, LLC for $325,000 plus an LMA before closing.  BICOASTAL ROGUE VALLEY, LLC will acquire all assets other than the licenses.

EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. is selling K238BX/YUMA, AZ to iHEARTMEDIA's CITICASTERS LICENSES, INC. for $50,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Sports KLSD-A (XTRA 1360 FOX SPORTS)/SAN DIEGO.

RADIO TRAINING NETWORK, INC. is selling W283AY/CONWAY, SC to RFPJY, LLC for $50,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Urban WGIV-A (STREETZ 103.3)/PINEVILLE-CHARLOTTE, NC.

PITTSFORD EDUCATIONAL BROADCASTING FOUNDATION is selling W232CM/TEDROW, OH to NOBCO, INC. for $32,000.  The buyer plans to rebroadcast Classic Hits WMTR-F/ARCHBOLD, OH on the translator.

WILDCATTER WIRELESS, INC. is selling K230AL/BOERNE, TX to RADIO RANCH, LLC for $105,000.  The buyer plans to rebroadcast Country KRNH (92.3 THE RANCH)/KERRVILLE, TX on the translator.

Receiver DENNIS WALLACE has applied for extensions of the Silent STAs for KQQX/HERMANN, MO and KKAC/VANDALIA, MO.

WPGW, INC. has requested an extension of its Silent STA for W287BC/ANDERSON, IN while it completes proof of performance.

And CONNER MEDIA CORPORATION has closed on the sale of W224CI/ROSE HILL, NC (now W223CI/RALEIGH, NC) to CAPITOL BROADCASTING CO.'s WCLY-AM, LLC for $75,000.  The buyer is moving the translator to rebroadcast Spanish Sports WCLY-A (ESPN DEPORTES)/RALEIGH, NC.

in CANADA, NEWCAP has won approval from the CRTC to move CFGN-A/CHANNEL-PORT AUX BASQUES, NL, a retransmitter of News-Talk-Classic Hits CFSX-A/STEPHENVILLE, NL, from AM to 96.7 FM with 1,240 watts at -3.2 meters above average terrain.  CFSX is one of the stations on the regional VOCM network and itself repeats CFCB-A (570 VOCM)/CORNER BROOK, NL.

And the CRTC also approved a move and height increase for CIAM-FM-7/SLAVE LAKE, AB, a retransmitter of Religion CIAM/FORT VERMILLION, AB.  The SLAVE LAKE rebroadcasting transmitter's lease on its present site expired on NOVEMBER 30th.
