RIVIERA Top 40/Rhythmic KKFR (POWER 98.3 & 101.9)/PHOENIX has kicked off its 6th annual POWER OF A TOY campaign. POWER 98.3 & 101.9 is giving back to the community by collecting new unwrapped toys for UMOM NEW DAYS CENTERS during the holiday season.

This year, with the help of POWER 98.3 & 101.9's morning host, CRISCO KIDD, the station is launching CRISCO KIDD’S 'TONS OF TOYS' in part with POWER OF A TOY. CRISCO KIDD is camping out in a sleeping bag at a valley WALMART for four days collecting brand new unwrapped toys. The campaign drive started DECEMBER 12 at 5p and will go until FRIDAY, DECEMBER 16 at 7p. PODS of PHOENIX is supplying a POD that will be used to fill up with all the toys collected.

CRISCO KIDD commented, "I am so honored and excited to contribute my time and efforts to POWER OF A TOY. This is the 9th Annual CRISCO KIDD’S TON OF TOYS DRIVE and it made perfect sense to tie into the POWER 98.3 & 101.9 tradition of POWER OF A TOY."
