WBBN/Laurel-Hattiesburg, MS Morning Show Co-Host Joe McCool Has Passed Away

ALL ACCESS extends condolences to family, friends, and colleagues of BLAKENEY COMMUNICATIONS Country WBBN (B95)/LAUREL-HATTIESBURG, MS morning show co-host JOE MCCOOL of "THE BREAKFAST CLUB," who has passed away following a single-vehicle accident in NOVEMBER (NET NEWS 11/28). MCCOOL had been in the ICU since sustaining injuries in the accident.

WBBN posted a tribute to MCCOOL on its FACEBOOK page following his MONDAY, DECEMBER 12th passing. "JOE MCCOOL of PETAL, MISSISSIPPI, host of the B95 BREAKFAST CLUB since OCTOBER 1, 2014 passed away about noon TODAY (12/12) at FORREST GENERAL HOSPITAL in HATTIESBURG...He was unable to overcome his injuries and passed away earlier today. We ask for your thoughts and prayers for JOE's wife, RACHAEL, and his children. JOE was a loving father and husband, a dedicated and dependable co-worker and employee, and as host of the B95 BREAKFAST CLUB, he was always ready, willing, and able to serve the community and our listeners. JOE MCCOOL will be greatly missed by everyone here in the B95 family."
