KOBALT MUSIC PUBLISHING has named TAYLOR WEIL as Creative Assistant. WEIL joined KOBALT from BLACK RIVER ENTERTAINMENT (BRE), where she was handling Promotion Coordinator duties.  She is already on the job at KOBALT and can be reached here.

Back at BRE, the Promotion Coordinator position has been filled and will be announced in the new YEAR.
