Former syndicated radio host and current FOX NEWS CHANNEL commentator and WASHINGTON TIMES columnist MONICA CROWLEY has been hired by the TRUMP administration to be the Senior Director of Strategic Communications for the NATIONAL SECURITY COUNCIL.
CROWLEY hosted her own show for CUMULUS News-Talk WABC-A/NEW YORK locally in 2002-2006 and then for WESTWOOD ONE (2006-08) and TALK RADIO NETWORK (2008-14) nationally; she has done two stints as a political analyst at FOX NEWS, first in 1996-2004 and again since 2007.
CROWLEY said, "I am deeply honored, humbled and grateful to be asked by the President-elect to join the extraordinary national security team he is assembling. With vision, courage and moral clarity, he is committed fully to re-establishing AMERICA's singular place in the world. He is also committed to selecting the best people for the jobs of keeping the American people safe and the country secure. It will be a great privilege to serve with them."
FOX NEWS tells ALL ACCESS that CROWLEY's contract with the network was terminated immediately upon being informed of her appointment with the NSC.
