PANDORA COO SARA CLEMENS has left the building. Rumors are swirling that the move precedes a sale of the company.
In a two sentence 8-K filing with the SEC, the company wrote, "On DECEMBER 16, 2016, SARA CLEMENS resigned as chief operating officer of PANDORA MEDIA, INC. (the "Company"). Ms. CLEMENS will remain employed by the Company for a transition period to be determined."
