BLIGE, USHER and THE ROOTS are the headliners for the 17th annual SOUL BEACH MUSIC FESTIVAL in ARUBA, MEMORIAL DAY weekend, MAY 24th through 29th.  Previously named #4 by USA TODAY readers as one of the "10 Best CARIBBEAN Celebrations" and #1 "CARIBBEAN SUMMER Festival" by JETSETTER MAGAZINE, the event boasts live music performances, comedy shows and beach parties.
