Matt Cord Segues From WMMR/Philadelphia Nights To BEN-FM Mornings

Longtime BEASLEY MEDIA GROUP Rock WMMR/PHILADELPHIA night host and 76ers PA announcer MATT CORD has virtually crossed the office hallway to do mornings at sister Adult Hits WBEN (95.7 BEN-FM). PHILLY.COM reports that CORD, who succeeds MARILYN RUSSELL at BEN-FM, made his announcement last week on WMMR alongside PIERRE ROBERT.

He will be joined by co-host KRISTEN HERRMANN, who has done middays and Production Dir. at BEN-FM, when they officially  officially start on TUESDAY, JAN. 3rd.

Back at WMMR, PD BILL WESTON told PHILLY.COM "overnight superstar (and PIERRE ROBERT protege) JACKY BAM BAM is the heir apparent" for CORD's night shift.
