PILGRIM COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling News-Talk KSKE-A/BUENA VISTA, CO to MONTE SPEARMAN for $35,000.  The application also lists a sale by PILGRIM of KRCN-A/LONGMONT, CO to SPEARMAN, but KRCN was sold to CATHOLIC RADIO NETWORK and the transfer consummated in MARCH.
