ALPHA MEDIA FREDERICKS BURG stations Country WFLS, Top 40/Rhythmic WVBX (99.3 THE VIBE), Rock WWUZ (96.9 THE ROCK) and News/Talk/Sports WNTX teamed up with the MARINE CORPS RESERVES TOYS FOR TOTS FOUNDATION to collect toys for area children in need this holiday season. A truckload of toys and cash were delivered to the SPOTSYLVANIS TOWNE CENTRE for the DECEMBER 10th finale event.

During the event, THE PHILADELPHIA CONNECTION hosted an autograph signing event with retired NFL players, including OTIS SMITH and GEORGE COGHILL.

“We are so happy to have this long-running relationship with the MARINE CORPS RESERVES TOYS FOR TOTS program," ALPHA MEDIA/FREDERICKSBURG Market Manager RALPH SALIERNO said. "This is one of my favorite charities to work with because all the toys collected are distributed to local families. Our entire staff works hard to collect toys and money for this worthwhile cause. You can't beat the smile on a kid's face when they wake up on CHRISTMAS morning and get a new toy.”
