The FCC has proposed a $25,000 fine against PENTECOSTAL TEMPLE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION for tower lighting and painting violations at Silent WGBN-A/MCKEESPORT-PITTSBURGH, PA.
The Commission alleges that after multiple warnings, PENTECOSTAL failed to being the tower lights and painting into compliance.
