V-TECK COMMUNICATIONS Rock WPKO HD2 and W297BP/BELLEFONTAINE, OH, has relaunched as CLASSIC ROCK THE NEW 107.3 THE DRIVE, using RADIO CONSULTING SERVICES LLC's format. The changeover came with a slate of "Stairway To Heaven" covers before switching to the new format this morning at 9a (ET) .
