ENTERCOM/WICHITA Hot AC KFBZ (105.3 THE BUZZ)/WICHITA names CASEY OSBURN of EAGLE COMMUNICATIONS KWBW-KHUT-KHMY/HUTCHINSON, KS for PD duties effective MONDAY (1/9).  

OSBURN replaces DUSTY HAYES who recently resigned in DECEMBER to take on a new challenge.
