In other filings with the FCC, HOLSTON VALLEY BROADCASTING CORPORATION has closed on the sale of Classic Hits WUKZ-A (KZ101.1 FM) and Country WMEV-F (FM 94)/MARION, VA and W266BM/RURAL RETREAT, VA  to BRISTOL BROADCASTING COMPANY, INC. for $1.75 million.

OLYMPIC BROADCASTING INC. has closed on the sale of News-Talk KMAS-A and K277CZ (iFIBER ONE NEWSRADIO KMAS)/SHELTON, WA to cable operator IFIBER ONE LLC for $148,050.

REACH COMMUNICATIONS INC. has closed on the sale of W298AM/AURORA, FL to SALEM's CARON BROADCASTING, INC. and W227BT/PORT ST. LUCIE, FL to SALEM's SOUTH TEXAS BROADCASTING, INC. for a combined $100,000.  W298AM's proposed primary station is Religion WHIM-A (AM 1080 THE ANSWER)/CORAL GABLES-MIAMI, FL; W227BT's primary will be Spanish Religion WLCC-A (RADIO LUZ)/BRANDON-TAMPA, FL.

DAILEY CORPORATION has closed on the sale of Top 40 WNRJ (ENERGY 103.9)/VIENNA-PARKERSBURG, WV to FELLOWSHIP BAPTIST CHURCH OF VIENNA, WV for $635,000 ($5,000 down, $395,000 at closing, $235,000 equity as a charitable donation).

THE CROMWELL GROUP, INC. OF ILLINOIS has closed on the sale of W234CI/DECATUR, IL to J. BARRY WILLIAMS for $20,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast News-Talk WKCT-A/BOWLING GREEN, KY.

KIDD has closed on the sale of his 50% of RADIO GREENBRIER, licensee of News-Talk WRON-A/RONCEVERTE, WV; Country WRON-F (103.1 THE BEAR) and W247BZ/LEWISBURG, WV; Silent WSLW-A and WVIC/WHITE SULPHUR SPRING, WV; and AC WRLB (THE NEW 95)/RAINELLE, WV and its LEWISBURG booster WRLB-FM1, to 50% partner TODD ROBINSON's WVJT, LLC for $27,679.88 in cash and $252,481.49 in a 20 year note; should the stations be resold for more than $650,000 plus 5% per year, KIDD will get 50% of the increased value up to $1.5 million in total value).
