FCC Commissioner DEBORAH TAYLOR TATE will give a lecture on "Developments in Communication Policy" at the annual QUELLO CENTER Lecture at MICHIGAN STATE UNIVERSITY on TUESDAY (10/31). TATE is scheduled to discuss the media ownership rules review, the AT&T-BELLSOUTH merger, and Net neutrality, among other issues.
