FOX O&O WFLD-TV (FOX CHICAGO)/CHICAGO producer TRACY SLUTZKIN rejoins crosstown ABC Talk WLS-A as APD/Exec. Producer, according to the CHICAGO SUN-TIMES' ROBERT FEDER. SLUTZKIN produced DON WADE and ROMA's morning show before heading to FOX.
