Longtime presidential inauguration announcer CHARLIE BROTMAN has been let go as announcer for this year's inauguration parade for DONALD TRUMP and radio veteran STEVE RAY will handle announcing chores for the ceremony, reports the WASHINGTON POST.
BROTMAN, 89, the voice of inauguration parades since 1956, was named "Announcer Chairman Emeritus" by TRUMP's Presidential Inaugural Committee, and told the POST that he is "disappointed." RAY volunteered for the TRUMP campaign.
