FCC Chairman TOM WHEELER's last public speech before he steps down from the Commission will take place at THE ASPEN INSTITUTE's WASHINGTON office on JANUARY 18th.

WHEELER will deliver a speech called "Communications at a Crossroads: Charting the Course Forward," discussing the lessons he learned as Chairman and broadband policy for the future.
