BEASLEY Country WQYK/TAMPA has named radio vet MARC JASON for mornings, where he’ll join existing co-hosts VERONICA and KEVIN. JASON fills the vacancy created when longtime WQYK morning teamer DAVE MCKAY died unexpectedly in AUGUST (NET NEWS 8/4).

“It’s a great feeling to start this new year with MARC on the 'QYK morning team with VERONICA and KEVIN," said WQYK OM TEE GENTRY. “MARC has been an on-air radio personality in some of AMERICA's biggest and most iconic radio cities, including NASHVILLE, LAS VEGAS, ATLANTA and WASHINGTON, DC. We're definitely hitting the ground running in 2017.”
