INDEPENDENCE MEDIA HOLDINGS LLC turns its LMA into a purchase of Top 40 WRIA (KISS FM, formerly WWCT)/FARMINGTON-PEORIA, IL from AAA ENTERTAINMENT, with no price yet given for the transaction. MEDIA SERVICES GROUP's ROBERT J. MACCINI and STEPHEN C. SLOAN represented AAA and acted as exclusive broker for the deal.
