UNIVERSAL MEDIA ACCESS-KLOK-AM, LLC is selling South Asian KLOK-A (DESI 1170 AM)/SAN JOSE to TRON DINH DO's KLOK MEDIA, INC. for $6 million.
In other filings with the FCC, News-Talk KVNT-A (VALLEY NEWSTALK 1020)/EAGLE RIVER-ANCHORAGE, AK is changing hands, with the Estate of CHESTER COLEMAN, with RUTH POLLACK as Executrix, taking the station back from ALASKA INTEGRATED MEDIA due to an alleged default on a $400,000 promissory note and, via AMERICAN RADIO BROKERS, INC., immediately selling the station to CHRISTIAN BROADCASTING, INC. for $214,000 plus $7,000 for certain equipment. AIM owed about $180,000 in remaining debt plus personal property taxes to the MATANUSKA-SUSITNA BOROUGH under the promissory note at the time of default. The buyer has been programming KVNT under a Time Brokerage Agreement since APRIL 2015.
FAMILY LIFE BROADCASTING, INC. is selling new WILP/CUBA, IL to SPOON RIVER MEDIA, LLC for $30,000 plus a Time Brokerage Agreement before closing.
