Westwood One, NBC Sports Radio Offer NHL Coverage

WESTWOOD ONE and NBC SPORTS RADIO are offering play-by-play of four more NATIONAL HOCKEY LEAGUE regular season games plus the All-Star Game and select playoff games this season, to air on NBC SPORTS RADIO affiliates and online.

The syndicator, which aired the WINTER CLASSIC on JANUARY 2nd, will broadcast four regular season games -- ST. LOUIS at DETROIT on FEBURARY 15th, WASHINGTON at the NEW YORK RANGERS FEBRUARY 19th, BOSTON at ANAHEIM FEBRUARY 22nd, and PITTSBURGH at CHICAGO MARCH 1st.

Also available will be the All-Star Game from STAPLES CENTER in LOS ANGELES, a playoff Game of the Week, the Eastern and Western Conference Finals, and the STANLEY CUP Final. RANGERS radio voice KENNY ALBERT and RANGERS TV analyst and retired NHL and WHA defenseman JOE MICHELETTI will call the games for WESTWOOD ONE and NBC.
