CUMULUS' RADIO LICENSE HOLDING CBC, LLC is selling Sports KRUZ-A/MURRAY-SALT LAKE CITY, UT to PENTECOSTAL CHURCH OF GOD for $55,000. 

In other filings with the FCC, WYAI, INC. has requested an extension of its Silent STA for W258AM/FIVE POINTS, GA while it builds its new facility at CARROLTON, GA.

EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION has filed for a Silent STA for W291BV/SOLON, OH because its transmission equipment was removed from its tower by its landlord and EMF must now find a new location for the facility.

And CSN INTERNATIONAL has closed on the sale of W281BM/DURHAM, NC (now W245CU/HOPEWELL, VA) to WHAP, INC. for $45,000.  The buyer is moving the translator to rebroadcast Sports WHAP-A (FOX SPORTS 1340)/HOPEWELL, VA.
