Beasley Relaunches HD2 Tropical Format With FM Translator As Playa 106.9/Tampa

BEASLEY MEDIA GROUP has relaunched its previous Tropical format on WYUU-HD2/TAMPA with an FM translator simulcast on W295CF/CLEARWATER as "PLAYA 106.9."  The format has been airing on the HD2 channel as "MAXIMA EXITOS," and stunted over the weekend as "EL BOOTY, the Official Station of Strippers of TAMPA BAY."

“TAMPA BAY is now dancing Salsa with the new PLAYA 106.9!” said Market Manager KENT DUNN.  “This station is filled with Superstar Latin Artists!  We are ready to super serve TAMPA BAY with this format, which provides another choice in the market.  Just tune into PLAYA 106.9  and start listening to 10,000 songs in a row!”
