WILLIAMSPORT LYCOMING BROADCAST FOUNDATION is selling noncommercial Contemporary Christian WPTC (K-LOVE)/WILLIAMSPORT, PA to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION for $160,000.  The station is an affiliate of EMF's K-LOVE network.

In other filings with the FCC, CHALK HILL COMMUNICATIONS, LLC is selling Adult Standards KEBE-A/JACKSONVILLE, TX to NORTH TEXAS RADIO GROUP, LLC for $50,000.

ANTHONY G. COLOFF AND SUSAN I. AF GROUP, LLC is selling K281CB/ORVIL, TX to GAPE GROUP LLC for $350,000. 

THE CENTER FOR LIVING EDUCATION, INC. is assigning low power KPUP-LP/PATAGONIA, AZ to PATAGONIA COMMUNITY RADIO, INC. for no consideration.  The assignor is refocusing its operations towards KANSAS, and the employees who ran the station locally in ARIZONA formed the assignee to continue its operation.

OLYMPIA ALL AGES PROJECT is assigning low power KOLP-LP/OLYMPIA, WA to KOLP RADIO for $2,500 in expense reimbursement.

MUNBILLA BROADCASTING PROPERTIES, LTD. has requested an extension of its Silent STA for KHSB-F/KINGSLAND, TX for financial reasons and while it waits for FCC approval of an application for a construction permit for an improved facility.

ANDALA ENTRPRISES, INC. has filed for a Silent STA for WPNS-A/EVERGREEN, AL due to "economic conditions in the City of EVERGREEN."

BEAR CREEK FELINE CENTER, INC. has applied for a Silent STA for WYDD-LP/YOUNGSTOWN, FL due to storm damage after a tree fell on its building.

And AMERICAN EDUCATIONAL BROADCASTING, INC. has closed on the sale of W247BT/NAPLES, FL (now W258CZ/FORT LAUDERDALE, FL) to NICHE RADIO, INC. for $25,000.  The buyer is moving the translator to rebroadcast Haitian WSRF-A/FORT LAUDERDALE.

Also, the previously announced merger of STARBOARD MEDIA FOUNDATION's RELEVANT RADIO and IMMACULATE HEART RADIO has been filed with the Commission, with the resultant surviving entity being STARBOARD under the new name IMMACULATE HEART MEDIA, INC., based in GREEN BAY, where STARBOARD has been located.  Consideration for the deal will be STARBOARD assuming all of IHR's debts, liabilities, obligations, restrictions, and duties.
