TOM VAN HESE is selling K244AH/UKIAH, CA to JAVIER HENDERSON for payment of expenses up to $5,000.  The translator rebroadcasts AC KUNK (THE SKUNK FM)/MENDOCINO, CA.

In other filings with the FCC, HORIZON CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP has filed for a Silent STA for WRYP/WELLFLEET, MA due to STL problems.

TOWNSQUARE MEDIA ROCHESTER LICENSE, LLC has requested a Silent STA for K285EL/ROCHESTER, MN due to an unknown fault with the station's antenna or transmission line.

INSPIRATION MEDIA, INC. has applied for a Silent STA for K278BH/ASTORIA, OR while it builds modified facilities.

CALL COMMUNICATIONS GROUP, INC. has closed on the sale of W291CE/MARATHON, FL to FORT MYERS BROADCASTING COMPANY for $55,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Spanish Adult Hits WNPL-A (JUAN 1460)/GOLDEN GATE-NAPLES, FL and has applied for a Silent STA for  the station while it builds under its construction permit to move the station to GOLDEN GATE, FL.

RADIO DALHART, INC. has closed on the donation of KXQK/COMSTOCK, TX to HOUSTON CHRISTIAN BROADCASTERS, INC.

DAVID W. WINTERS' QUICKSILVER BROADCASTING LLC has closed on the sale of Classic Rock WMZK (Z104) and Classic Country WJMT-A (PATRIOT COUNTRY 730)/MERRILL, WI to WRVM, INC. for $260,000.  The buyer is converting the stations to noncommercial status.

And NORTHWEST ROCK N ROLL PRESERVATION SOCIETY has closed on the sale of K300CU/OCEAN SHORES, WA and K277CB/SAMPSON, WA to SACRED HEART RADIO, INC. for $35,000.  The translators will move to rebroadcast Religion KBLE-A/SEATTLE and Religion KBUP-A/OLYMPIA, respectively.
