In other filings with the FCC, COCHISE MEDIA LICENSES LLC has requested an extension of its Silent STA for KFMR/BALLARD, UT after a delay in a three-way swap that would have divested COCHISE of the station and while the station's 2013 renewal application remains pending.

VIZELLA MEDIA, LLC has filed a request for a Silent STA for W234BD/BOLTON, VT while a move to WATKINS GLEN, NY pends.

VIC MICHAELS' CEDAR COVE BROADCASTING, INC. has closed on the sale of K205FZ/STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, CO to COMMUNITY RADIO OF NORTHERN COLORADO for $10.

MARY V. GUTHRIE has closed on the sale of K251BL/MCALLEN, TX and K239BM/BROWNSVILLE, TX to THE WORSHIP CENTER OF KINGSVILLE for $52,000.  The translators will rebroadcast Spanish Religion KBFM-HD2 (RADIO LIBERTAD)/EDINBURG, TX.

THREE ANGELS BROADCASTING NETWORK, INC. has closed on the sale of Religion WBLC-A/LENOIR CITY, TN to LIFETALK RADIO, INC. for $165,000.

FLATHEAD BROADCASTING, LLC has closed on the sale of Full Service KGEZ-A/KALISPELL, MT to FLATHEAD VALLEY WIRELESS ASSOCIATION LLC for $150,000 plus a $60,000 advertising credit.  The buyer has been operating the station under an LMA since JANUARY 2011.

And LIVING PROOF, INC. has closed on the sale of noncommercial Religion KWBP/BIG PINE, CA to CEDAR BROADCASTING, INC. for $12,000.

In CANADA, the CRTC approved a move of the CBC's ICI RADIO-CANADA PREMIÈRE rebroadcaster CBUF-FM-7/DAWSON CREEK, BC to a new site co-located with CBC RADIO ONE affiliate CBKQ/DAWSON CREEK with a boost from 70 to 820 watts and a height change from 88 to 104.9 meters.  Meanwhile, CBKQ is reducing from 1,100 to 816 watts and from 289.5 to 104.9 meters.
